Q. What Is The Franchise Fee?

A. The total franchise investment is set at $50,000. This includes Prosell’s expense in investigating your market, providing your training, your initial promotion and other support activities whilst your business is being established.

Q. What are the total costs of setting up an operation?

A. The answer varies and will depend upon your office requirements, but is estimated to be a total investment of $65k which includes the franchise fee above. You will also need sufficient working capital to run the business in the initial stages as you develop the sales and marketing activities.

Q. What is my earning potential?

A. Your earning potential and the level of sales will depend upon a range of factors including your skill and effort as well as external market conditions such as competitive products and consumer demand. In addition to your own efforts Prosell will offer you the opportunity to earn income by delivering centrally sold projects.

From scenarios we have prepared based on current business, if you were to market the services to 2 corporate Clients and 4 small business Clients, this should generate gross revenue in the region of $150,000. Naturally, your results will depend on your input to the business.

Q. What ongoing franchise payments are required by Prosell?

A. An ongoing franchise service fee of 13% of revenues generated through the effective implementation of Prosell’s performance measurement system.

Q. What other ongoing fees are payable to Prosell?

A. Apart from the Franchise Service Fee, the only other ongoing contribution is towards a Marketing Levy. This levy consists of 2.5% of your gross turnover which is paid to the national group marketing fund to produce group marketing and sales material.

Q. How long is the Franchise Agreement for?

A. The agreement is for a five year term initially with the option for a subsequent five year term. Prosell is looking to establish long-term relationships with its Franchisees.

Q. What level of training and support will I receive?

A. We consider your initial training and support vital. From your initial training with Prosell, to operating your own seminars, to business planning and marketing support, we’ll be behind you all the way. You will also be assured of weekly interactions with Prosell.

Q. What background or experience do you look for in Prosell Franchisee?

A. We look for dedicated individuals with initiative, integrity and ambition. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with the ability to organise and manage are necessary. Experience with sales or management training is a distinct advantage.

Q. Can I sell the business?

A. Yes. You can sell the business at any time during the term of the agreement or subsequent renewal periods. However, the business must be sold to an acceptable operator approved by Prosell and the new owners must agree to the conditions in the then current Franchise Agreement.

Q. What Sectors/Territories are available?

A. Franchisees are contracted to prospect for and develop business in a specified state and within a defined ‘key vertical’. The Franchisees will be selected for their expertise in and knowledge of a particular market sector such as technology, retail, FMCG, Publishing, etc.

In addition to their chosen ‘key vertical’ Franchisees will be able to develop business in non-key vertical markets not selected by other Franchisees and to small to medium sized organisations within a realistic geographic radius of their home base.
